The Office Coordinator will manage a variety of administrative and HR related tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day flow of the office in a fast-paced and dynamic technology company. The person in this role will be required to fulfill many roles and must be flexible both to changing priorities and a wide variety of responsibilities and tasks. Someone with great follow up skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and be flexible to changes will succeed in this role.

The person in this position interacts with ADARA’s executives, customers, partners, board members, candidates, vendors and the executives of our customers and partners. This person must represent ADARA in a highly professional manner and have strong written and oral communication skills.
