This is an entry-level position managing the front desk, certain vendor relationships and providing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) support to members throughout the organization. 

Looking for a HIGHLY motivated and communicative professional who is a team player and has experience in a fast paced environment. Someone with great follow up skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and be flexible to changes will succeed in this role. The person in this position acts as gatekeeper of the office and provides safety to employees by enforcing security protocol.
